I Would Like To Point Out That Deadpool Sucks Like A 97 Year Old With No Teeth And Only A Melon To Eat.

DEADPOOL SUCKS

A minor character who has been blown out of all proportion as these companies tend to do. I'd sooner read used toilet paper than anything with Deadpool in it.

Keep that to yourself, Terry. Just get on with it.

Okay, 75th Anniversary of Marvel and the celebrate with the feckin worse shit covers possible. Ahh, you say, but "photo-bombing is popular"....PHOTO bombing. Not sticking a third rate comic character as centre piece of a cover -photo-bombers are in the BACKGROUND YOU DUMB-ASSED MORONS.

Anyway, this is what Disney has released.

This October, Marvel celebrates its milestone 75th Anniversary – commemorating three quarters of a century of the best stories, the most iconic characters and one of the biggest legacies in entertainment. Oh, and Deadpool. The Merc With a Mouth is invading Marvel’s milestone anniversary for a series of special Deadpool 75th Anniversary Variants – as some of the best and brightest in the industry recreate famous covers from the past 75 years guest-starring the regeneratin’ degenerate.

Remember that time Deadpool fought the original Human Torch? Or the time he helped form the New Avengers? No? Well, that’s what these awesome variant covers are for! Be there when Deadpool makes his Marvel for these can’t miss variant covers!

“We really wanted to do something fun for our 75th Anniversary,” says Marvel SVP Sales & Marketing David Gabriel. “Seeing all these wonderful artists turn in these hilarious covers has been a blast and we can’t wait for fans to get their hands on them!”

Marvel urges retailers to check their orders on these hotly anticipated variant covers as they hit comic shelves through the month of October. No fan will want to miss the chance to see the Merc With a Mouth invade the Marvel Universe in a whole new way when Deadpool 75th Anniversary Variants come to your favorite Marvel comics in October!

Unoriginal. Brown stains in a pair of tramps(hobo) old knickers.  Greed Greed Greed and STUPIDITY STUPIDITY STUPIDITY as every comic geek chic fool buys ALL the books "because its got Deadpool on it".

  1. God, these covers make me cringe. I've always looked at Deadpool as everything I hate about modern pop culture. Painfully obvious, third rate humor that comes across as childish and annoying rather than anything actually clever or funny. I feel like I'm looking at a character created by a fourteen year old every time Deadpool opens his ceaselessly annoying mouth.

  2. But lucky us -there's a movie now! It's just going with something that sold and making as much money out of it as quickly as possible. It used to be Wolverine but then it was all the covers HAVING to have Rocket Raccoon on them....then Groot...and, yes, it really is not a funny comic or character -even in the animated feature Wolverine Versus The Hulk I have to say Deadpool was not funny but an irritant I could ignore!!

  3. Couldn't agree more with you both. Glad to know I'm not alone. This annoying level of "humour" is as funny to me as having an air horn blown directly in my ear.

  4. Hi! Well, if you saw the "star" destroy Green Lantern (there's a 'joke' in the Deadpool trailer when they get ready to give him a costume -"not green, guys!") or in any other movie including Blade Trinity then there is no change of character -one dimensional acting and some bad language (oh shock!). But so long as they keep making money out of Deadpool Disney/Marvel loves him!

  5. All true, he's a tool used by people who confuse sarcasm with a sense of humor. Not very imaginative either: a dude with a red ninja/spiderman-esque costume with guns and a katana. Like something an 11 year old would come up with. Oh, and he can't seem to die, which only deepens this comparison.

    1. He also has a magic satchel of unlimited weaponry that he found in his backyard. It's clearly something a kid came up with

  6. Magic satchel...THAT would be from a number of 1920s-1950s UK comic character stories. As "Americannproud" put it to me: "You **** have no idea. Deadpool symbolises America and you symbolise ****" I think he's a University Professor. But HE said what Deadpool was. I back away.
